Korea’s biggest literary festival is just around the corner, and Studio of Books will be right in the middle of it.
We are excited to announce that Studio of Books will be participating in the 2026 Seoul International Book Fair (SIBF), held from June 24–28, 2026, at the iconic COEX Convention Center in the heart of Seoul, South Korea. This is one of Asia’s most celebrated literary gatherings — and we couldn’t be more proud to have a place in it.
The Seoul International Book Fair is no small occasion. Launched in 1954, SIBF has grown into Korea’s largest book festival, bringing together publishers, writers, scholars, artists, and readers for nearly 70 years. This year’s edition is set to be even more remarkable, with more than 530 publishers and literary organizations from 18 countries expected to participate — including major names from France, Germany, Canada, the United States, and beyond.
The 2026 theme — “Human Declaration: Homo Duduri” — speaks to something deeper. In an age where artificial intelligence rapidly delivers answers, the fair poses a bold question: What makes us irreplaceably human? The answer, as always, lies in stories.
At this year’s fair, Studio of Books will be showcasing a carefully selected lineup of its books to an international audience of publishing professionals, literary agents, educators, and passionate readers. Our booth will be a destination for anyone who believes in the power of storytelling to move, challenge, and inspire.
